What we're looking for

Education: Qualified professional, lawyer, or equivalent academic and professional profile.
Experience: Previous experience in the administration of homeowners' associations.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in TAAF, Gesfincas programs or other similar sector applications will be highly valued.
Languages: Native or equivalent level of Catalan and Spanish, both oral and written.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Autonomy and management: Ability to work autonomously, organize multiple tasks, and establish priorities in a dynamic environment.
Digital competencies: Good command of office tools and a predisposition to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies applied to the sector.

The role

At Housfy, we are looking for property managers (horizontal property) for several of our offices in Tarragona, following the acquisition of new administrations throughout this year.

We need to hire a property manager who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of up to 60 homeowners' associations.

What you'll do

Economic Management and Incidents: Review of settlements, certificates of payment standing, coding/approval of extraordinary invoices, and budget monitoring. Daily supervision and resolution of portfolio incidents.
Meetings and Agreements: Convene, attend, and lead ordinary and extraordinary meetings for the assigned properties. Draft and send minutes, and ensure the execution of agreements made by assigning tasks to the manager.
Technical and Legal Advisory: Advise communities on improvement works, conservation, and maintenance of the property. Follow up on legal files for delinquency or other procedures with the office lawyers.
Relationship with owners: Maintain constant, fluid, and trustworthy communication with the communities.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm; Fridays from 9am to 3pm.
