The role
We are looking for Property Viewers who want to join a high-growth project and collaborate with the brand leading the digitalization of the sector.
Your Mission: Excellence in Customer Experience
As a collaborator, you will be a key point of contact in the buying or renting process. Your mission goes beyond opening a door:
What you'll do
- Viewing Assistance: You will guide potential buyers or tenants through the property. You must highlight the property's strengths and ensure the client receives professional, quality attention.
- Document and Inventory Management: In the case of rentals, you will be responsible for carrying out the detailed inventory of the property's condition, ensuring that all information is faithfully recorded on our platform to provide legal security to both parties.
- Feedback Reporting: You will collect visitors' impressions and questions so that our sales team can close deals as effectively as possible.
Profile Requirements
- Sales and Professional Profile: We are looking for people with strong communication skills, good presence, and excellent customer service.
- Results Orientation: Ability to manage viewings with agility and rigor.
- Status: Must be a self-employed professional.
