What you'll get

Permanent employment contract.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (with one alternating afternoon off).
Salary conditions: Fixed salary based on responsibilities + variable.

The role

At Housfy we are looking for a Property Manager to join the rentals department.

What you'll do

Property portfolio management and resolution of incidents.
Negotiation and conflict resolution: Proactive attitude to reduce unforeseen events and manage complex situations.
Client retention by identifying and resolving their issues.
Communication: Act as an information channel between tenants and landlords.
Contract and administrative management: Handling contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Financial and legal management: Understanding and communicating rent settlements to landlords, CPI increases, or other terms agreed in the contract.
