We are currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

What you'll do

• Support the HRBP in the comprehensive management of the assigned group, collaborating in the monitoring of headcount indicators, organizational movements, and business needs.

• Coordination with the Talent Acquisition team in the management of selection processes, vacancy monitoring, and onboarding planning.

• Support in international mobility processes, including travel, expatriation, and organizational changes associated with international projects.

• Maintenance and updating of HR information systems, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of employee data.

• Preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making within the People area.

• Administrative management and monitoring of headcount movements (hires, terminations, promotions, position changes, and organizational modifications)

• Participation in the onboarding processes of new hires, ensuring proper integration and employee experience.

• Collaboration in Human Resources initiatives and projects linked to the Production group of Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras.
