About the role

Your role:

As a Strategic Alliances and Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing Iberia's relationship with its partners in South America, with a special focus on LATAM Airlines Group. You will actively participate in defining the joint commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing the performance of existing agreements, and ensuring that Iberia's interests are represented in all areas of collaboration.

What you'll do

Your challenges:

  • Manage and develop the strategic relationship with LATAM and other partners in South America, acting as the main point of contact between the different areas of both companies.
  • Analyze the commercial and financial performance of the relationship, including traffic, revenue, connectivity, distribution, revenue sharing, profitability, and contribution to the network.
  • Develop financial models and business analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimize agreements, and improve profitability.
  • Lead KPI monitoring and prepare executive reports and presentations for Iberia's management and the various governance forums with partners.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Loyalty, Finance, and Operations teams to maximize the value of the relationship.
  • Identify commercial expansion opportunities, new codeshare initiatives, loyalty agreements, distribution, and cooperation.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor assessment, and industry trend reviews to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Iberia in meetings, working groups, and committees with LATAM and other partners in the region, ensuring compliance with agreed objectives.

What we're looking for

Your knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Very high level of English (C1/C2 or equivalent), with the ability to work professionally in international environments and lead meetings in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, revenue management, network planning, corporate finance, or alliance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and turn it into actionable business recommendations.
