- Execute the digital workplace security strategy.
- Ensure the alignment of Workplace Security capabilities with the global cybersecurity strategy.
- Participate in the definition of standards, policies, and procedures related to endpoints and user devices.
- Collaborate in the assessment of risks associated with the workplace environment and propose mitigation measures.
Endpoint and Device Security
Administer and evolve solutions for:
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR).
- Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP).
- Device Control.
- Application Control.
- Disk Encryption.
- Vulnerability Management on endpoints.
Supervise the security posture of Windows and macOS workstations and mobile devices.
Define and control secure configurations (hardening baselines).
Identity and Access
Collaborate with IAM teams to reinforce access controls in the workplace environment.
Participate in initiatives regarding:
- Zero Trust.
- Conditional Access.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Microsoft 365 and Collaboration Security
- Implement and operate security controls in Microsoft 365.
- Participate in the protection of:
- Exchange Online.
- SharePoint Online.
- OneDrive.
- Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate initiatives and implement and supervise Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and information classification policies.
Operation and Continuous Improvement
- Analyze incidents related to endpoints and end users.
- Collaborate with the SOC in investigation and response activities.
- Monitor security indicators and develop performance metrics.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and control automation projects.
Vulnerability Management and Compliance
- Coordinate vulnerability remediation activities on user devices.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
