About the role

Purpose of the Position

The main mission of the TMA Materials Planning role is to contribute to the operational management of materials planning within the MRO Business Strategy and Supply Chain department, ensuring that the needs of the different Business Units are met in a timely manner in terms of safety, quality, volume, and cost.

What you'll do

Position Mission and Responsibilities

· Contribute to meeting the area's objectives, ensuring coverage of the needs of the different Business Units (Engines/Engine Accessories), through demand analysis and proposing actions aligned with operational objectives.

· Manage replenishment needs and requests from production areas (reservations, requirements, etc.), ensuring compliance with due dates by validating supply sources or activating alternatives when necessary, also participating in the definition and deployment of provisioning for new capabilities.

· Ensure that planned materials are available for use, as well as identify required modifications to planning parameters to improve operational indicators and ensure material availability.

· Analyze and use information from planning support tools (Planeo, etc.) and applicable technical documentation (IPC, AMM, CMM, among others), maintaining

continuous coordination with internal customers and external suppliers, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

· Continuously monitor material availability, analyzing deviations and process gaps, and proposing corrective and preventive actions, including escalating to production units, suppliers, or other involved areas.

Specific Position Requirements

· Belong to the TMA labor group.

· 2-3 years of experience in planning/materials areas within maintenance environments.

· Intermediate technical English proficiency.

· Knowledge of SAP, intermediate level, including material movements and assemblies/disassemblies in structure.

· User-level office software skills.

· Familiarity with aeronautical technical documentation: manufacturer maintenance manuals, SB, AD, etc.

· Technical vocational training in electromechanics, automotive mechanics, or aeromechanics.

· Knowledge of LEAN methodology.

· Proficiency in EXCEL and SAP.
