Operations Specialist Technician

• Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Required knowledge and experience: A specialized technician with proven experience in business processes is required. Experience in interpreting analytics and managing dashboards is essential.

• Working hours and flexibility: Split shift from Monday to Thursday, and Friday with a continuous working day.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist Technician to join one of the main gas distribution companies nationwide. Your main mission will be to supervise and coordinate operations in the domestic and industrial sphere, controlling interventions at supply points and ensuring that everything is executed on time and in the proper manner. Additionally, the role involves proposing the commercial strategy to achieve the company's net growth objectives, ensuring compliance with the defined profitability criteria.

• Coordinate contracted companies and collaborators, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain constant communication with customers and gas plant developers to understand their connection requirements.
• Facilitate the entire process through to contracting the supply or injection into the distributor's network, always ensuring customer focus and process quality.
• Supervise the proper functioning of the SCI web portal, as well as other systems involved in the process of requesting and contracting network connections.
• Proactively propose improvements to adapt systems to the requirements of customers or administrations.
• Ensure the consistency of information in the systems to guarantee that technical and economic processes are carried out properly.
• Ensure strict compliance with current regulations regarding deadlines and procedures, both in contracts and in communications issued.
• Handle and manage any complaints that may arise from the application and contracting processes.
• Analyze sales and retention opportunities through analysis of the potential market and the existing customer base.
• Assess the strategy of offers and campaigns according to the established sales, retention, and profitability criteria.
