Requirements

What we're looking for

Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience, previously in similar roles, preferably in the industrial, EPC, oil&gas, or green energy sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of English (B2-C1).
Capacity for organization, planning, and analysis.

We are currently looking for an BID ENGINEER for our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT area who wants to join our team at our offices in MADRID. Are you in?

What you'll do

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized proposals.
Preparation and review of EPC bid documents, including budgets, schedules, and presentations.
Writing of follow-up reports.
Interdepartmental coordination to gather the information necessary for proposals.
Market and competitor analysis to improve the bidding strategy.
Updating the bid database and monitoring results.
