IT Tenders and Proposals Specialist

Education: Higher vocational training or higher education studies.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in tenders and proposal preparation within IT services and technology consulting environments, collaborating with technical or operations teams.

Highly valued: ITIL V4 Foundation certification or higher.

As an IT Tenders and Bids Specialist, you will be part of our specialized team in Workplace and Service Desk services, playing a key role in the comprehensive management of proposals and tender processes, both public and private. You will participate in the preparation of technical-economic offers, the analysis of requirements, and the construction of solutions aligned with client needs, working in a coordinated manner with technical and commercial teams to ensure the quality and consistency of the proposals.

• Lead the preparation and presentation of public and private tenders, ensuring coordination, drafting, and compliance with technical and administrative requirements.
• Prepare commercial offers and supporting documentation aligned with the Workplace and Service Desk portfolio.
• Participate in meetings with the technical team to understand services and improve the quality of proposals.
• Attend commercial meetings, supporting the identification of needs and participating in presentations and defenses of offers.
• Analyze the business and processes of clients to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate in the proactive identification of new commercial opportunities, providing a documentary, analytical, and strategic vision.
• Keep all commercial, technical, and administrative documentation necessary for sales and tender processes updated and organized.
