Education: Industrial Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, Optics/Photonics, or related areas.

What you'll do

You will be one of the key people in the definition and growth of the Additive Manufacturing line within IDEKO, having the autonomy to drive new ideas and generate strategic projects.

Drive and promote the area of specialization in additive manufacturing by participating in all phases of research and technology transfer projects.

Applied research into the characterization of additive manufacturing processes, combining modeling, simulation, experimental work, monitoring, and advanced analysis of results.

⚙️Definition of manufacturing procedures and strategies.

Integration of additive manufacturing processes, models, and monitoring systems into industrial environments.

Behavior analysis of components manufactured by additive technology: characterization and validation testing, material evaluation, part integrity.

✍ Generation of proposals for Public Administrations in the field of R&D programs.

✍ Drafting of collaboration plans with companies for the development and implementation of R&D projects in the field of Additive Manufacturing.

✍ Dissemination of results in journals and conferences, and patent drafting.

Technological surveillance, attending benchmark conferences and fairs, company visits, and monitoring technological and scientific advances published in the scientific community.
