The role
In IESE Business School we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for our National Executive Programs at our Madrid Campus, with a temporary contract.
What you'll do
The mission of the role would be to provide comprehensive administrative, commercial, and operational support to the Sales and Program Directors, ensuring a seamless, data-driven admissions process. The coordinator acts as a vital nexus for candidate and client interactions, managing key administrative touchpoints, event logistics, and marketing support activities to drive pipeline growth and deliver a world-class IESE experience.
Admissions Process & Administrative Excellence
Focuses on managing the administrative cycle of admissions from testing to payment.
Manage the end-to-end administrative cycle of the admissions process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of admission tests, invoicing, and payment tracking to guarantee operational accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the primary administrative guide for candidates throughout the application process to provide consistent, high-quality support and resolve potential barriers.
Commercial Support & Marketing Operations
Focuses on supporting the sales team, managing marketing materials, and CRM hygiene.
Provide direct operational and administrative support to Sales Directors and Program Directors to accelerate the implementation and tracking of the commercial plan.
Develop and update online promotional materials, including HTML editing and registration forms, to align digital assets with current communication plans.
Create, segment, and maintain CRM distribution lists (Salesforce, Pardot) to enabletargeted, high-impact marketing campaigns.
Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support strategic sales and program-related activities.
Event Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
Focuses on event logistics, information sessions, and managing inquiries.
Plan and orchestrate the end-to-end logistics for on-campus and virtual events to deliver a premium, high-touch brand experience for all attendees.
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective candidates, managing inquiries via phone and in-person meetings to foster a welcoming and service-oriented environment.
Coordinate internal meetings, information sessions, and other program-related activities to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder alignment.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Focuses on performance metrics, ROI analysis, and process optimization.
Compile and analyze marketing and sales data to generate insightful reports, statistics, and performance metrics.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives to support data-driven decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Credentials: A university degree or equivalent is highly valued, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications, or sales.
Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in a sales support function, ideally within the higher education sector.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
CRM Expertise: Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot will be very highly appreciated.
Bilingual Communication: Native-level Spanish and professional working proficiency in English are essential for this role.
Organizational Agility: A proven ability to plan, organize, and manage a diverse workload with multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Commercial & Service Mindset: A strong orientation toward both sales support and exceptional customer service, coupled with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Collaborative & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work effectively and diplomatically within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
