Your mission will be to lead the integral management of the store, planning and organizing operational and commercial activities, assigning tasks to the team, and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, with the objective of achieving excellence in service and contributing to the achievement of ILUNION Retail's strategic objectives.

• Planning, organization, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Guaranteeing excellent service, complying with company guidelines.
• Compliance with health, safety, and quality criteria.
• Control of the store's visual merchandising.
• Ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
• Performing correct inventory management.
• Management of the profit and loss account: proposal, approval, and monitoring of the budget.
• Coordination with headquarters and other stores.
• Use of tools such as CODISYS, BACKSTORE, INFORMES WEB, KRONOS.
