The role

An immediate recruitment is required for a Site Foreman and Site Manager (m/f) with experience in retail, office, and renovation projects, capable of coordinating the daily execution of works on-site. You will join a consolidated company, participating in projects for top-tier clients.

What you'll do

The person joining as Site Manager (m/f) must fulfill the following functions:

Organization and supervision of daily work on site.
Coordination of subcontractors, operators, and suppliers.
Monitoring of planning and execution deadlines.
Quality control of the works and compliance with safety measures.
Support to the Site Manager in the technical and productive monitoring of the project.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The person joining as a Site Foreman (m/f) must meet the following requirements:

Experience as a Site Manager in retail, office, commercial premises, or renovation projects.
Knowledge of planning and organization of works on-site.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and execution personnel.
Ability to control quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.
Availability for occasional travel according to project needs.
