We are looking to hire a Telephone Operator - Claims Processor to join a dynamic and constantly growing team. If you enjoy dealing with people, are organized, and can handle a high-volume work environment, we want to meet you.
Receiving and making phone calls.
Managing and following up on cases.
Providing telephone support to customers, policyholders, and technicians.
Coordinating appointments and incidents.
Document management and updating information in the management system.
Communication with insurance companies and collaborators.
Previous experience in telephone support, customer management, or administrative processing.
Good command of computer tools (Office, especially Outlook and Excel).
Experience with ERP programs or management platforms will be valued.
Organized, resourceful person with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and cases.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
Vehicle required to get to the job (essential)
Initial contract through a staffing agency, with a real possibility of being hired directly by the company based on performance.
Salary of €9.72 gross per hour.
Full-time.
Schedule during the training period: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one hour for lunch (the schedule will be assigned based on training planning and the company's organizational needs).// Schedule once hired directly by the company: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of working 1 extra hour daily, reducing the lunch break to 1 hour.
