The role

We are ILUNION VidaSénior, the ILUNION group company that cares for the elderly and dependents.

We have been dedicated to the social health sector for over 30 years through different services: Day Centers, Home Help, Telecare, and Elderly Residences. We also invest in new services, such as senior living.

What you'll do

- Receiving and managing incoming and outgoing calls from service users, following the protocols established by the Public Administrations.
- Handling health and social emergencies as an Operator at the Telecare Service Center for elderly people.
- Managing technical issues remotely, medication reminders, medical appointments, and other social and healthcare support that our users may require.
- Training and experience in social and healthcare work with elderly people will be valued.

How you'll work

We offer a full-time contract, on rotating shifts, working Monday through Sunday with rest days according to the shift schedule.
