Requirements

What we're looking for

Native Portuguese or C2/Bilingual level (essential).
Previous experience in customer service.
Residence in the province of Pontevedra.

Nice to have

Experience in automotive environments or customer service is valued.
Good command of computer tools.
Customer orientation, communication skills, and incident resolution capacity.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Initial 6-month contract via ETT (NORTEMPO) + possibility of extension + incorporation into the permanent staff.

39h/week schedule from Monday to Friday

Schedule from 10:00h to 18:30h including meal breaks

Hybrid work model, teleworking + 3 days on-site/month

Local holidays in Vigo are worked + language bonus + teleworking bonus

The role

What you'll do

Attend to and support users from the Portuguese market, offering close and high-quality service.
Manage inquiries, requests, and incidents through the established service channels.
Process contracts, administrative tasks, invoicing, and claims.
Perform the follow-up and resolution of cases, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience.
Use internal tools and applications for the management and follow-up of the tasks performed.
