Requirements

What we're looking for

Disability / incapacity certificate
Training and experience in the reception area.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar administrative roles.
Linguistic competencies: fluent English, both oral and written, for handling calls, emails, and international visitors.
Technical competencies: advanced handling of IT tools, especially email, scheduling systems, office suites and, preferably, telephone switchboards.
Own car required for commuting to the workplace.

Schedule Mon to Fri 8 AM to 12:15 PM / 12:15 PM to 4:45 PM (rotating shifts)
