A sports management company is looking to add a receptionist to its team for its facilities in Portugalete. What you'll do

Functions:

Welcome users to the facilities in person and by phone.
Provide information about sports activities, available services, schedules, and usage rules.
Manage user access, control entries, and validate passes.
Handle reservations, registrations, and payments using the facilities' own software applications.
Provide basic administrative support and collaborate with the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the space.
Oversee the proper use of common areas and promote compliance with the rules.
Resolve questions or issues efficiently.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in customer service, especially valued in sports or municipal settings.
Basic computer skills; experience with sports facility management programs will be valued.
Excellent communication skills, proper customer service, and user guidance.
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon) and weekends.
Basque language level B2.
Organization and attention to detail, ensuring administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
