Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent seasonal contract until 31/03/2027.
Full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
Split shift within the 09:00 to 20:00 time slot, with 2 hours for lunch, from Monday to Sunday, subject to shift planning. At least two full weekends off per month.
Salary according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement: €1,428.83 gross/month.

We are looking for people with a customer orientation, communication skills, and a vocation for service to offer support and information regarding various healthcare procedures.

What you'll do

Information and guidance regarding medical networks and healthcare services.
Management of authorizations for diagnostic tests and treatments.
Management of medical appointments, tests, and consultations with specialists.
