Requirements

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative management, or as an operator (preferably in high-activity environments).

- Proficient use of office software (especially Excel) and ability to quickly learn new management software.

- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation.

Nice to have

- Experience in the insurance sector will be valued. Knowledge in the Auto Insurance sector: Familiarity with concepts such as claims, policies, coverage, or appraisal processes (both in-person and video-appraisal).

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- 3-month contract through a staffing agency + Permanent contract upon completion.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h

- Salary: €18,000 gross/year

- Start date: Immediate

- 100% on-site.

The role

From the Iman office in Madrid, we are recruiting Call Center Agents for a new project in the Auto Claims Processing area.

The main mission will be to provide telephone support to policyholders of one of the leading companies in the sector, ensuring the highest standards of quality and response times, and providing real-time updates on the status of the claim.

What you'll do

- Answer calls from auto insurance policyholders.

- Daily use of internal platforms and data management tools to ensure the proper flow of information.
