The role

What you'll do

Call customers who have already requested a quote to advise them and offer them the best car insurance proposal from this important insurance company.
Click to call calls. Guide the customer through the sale of the product they have expressed interest in.
Managing internal email.
Surveying and negotiating with clients.
Meeting the quality requirements and parameters set by the company.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AS A SALESPERSON IS ESSENTIAL.
5-day HYBRID initial training:

-Training start: 16/11/2026

-Training end: 20/11/2026

Paid training after joining and passing the probationary period
Previous experience in a Call Center in a sales and incident resolution department.
START DATE on November 23rd.
Skills with office tools.
Good spelling skills.
Ability to learn.
Goal-oriented
Teamwork.

Benefits and conditions

Non-rotating shifts.
Availability from Monday to Sunday (with two days off).
A maximum of 2 Saturdays per month are worked. On weeks when you have to work Saturday, you have Sunday and one other weekday off. On weeks worked from Monday to Friday, you have Saturday and Sunday off.
Schedule from 15:00 to 21:00.
Very good work environment, highlighting collaboration and camaraderie among our staff.
Possibility of growth and development within the Majorel company.
Direct contract with the company with an initial duration of 2 months with a real possibility of becoming permanent.
Availability for training: November 16th.
Availability to travel to C/Alcalá 265, Metro El Carmen, L5, Ciudad Lineal, Madrid.
