What you'll get

At this moment, we have this position vacant: Do you have experience in customer service or contact centers and do you enjoy telephone interaction? We are looking to hire Telephone Customer Service Agents for a project linked to the Servicio Madrileño de Salud, reinforcing the influenza vaccination campaign.

What you'll do

  • Management of Primary Care and Specialized Care appointments.
  • General health information.
  • Modification and cancellation of appointments with doctors, nursing, and other professionals.
  • Information regarding schedules, center locations, and other health services.
  • Handling of different telephony tools.
  • Monitoring and compliance with established protocols.
  • Telephone service with standards of excellence.

Essential requirements

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ease of communication and verbal expression.
  • Experience in Contact Centers.
  • Basic computer skills.

Nice to have

Previous experience in a Contact Center.

Desired profile

  • People with a customer orientation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage calls and follow established procedures.
  • Accustomed to the simultaneous use of computer and telephony tools
