From our Barcelona office, we are looking for an administrative assistant with supplier support tasks to join an important company located in Barcelona, in the Sant Martí area.

What you'll do

In-person support for suppliers who visit the company to sell materials.
Cash payment management.
Daily cash register control, balancing, and counting.
Preparation and verification of documentation related to purchases.
Registration and accounting of supplier and creditor invoices.
Generation of remittances.
Filing and document control.
Support in the various tasks of the administration department.
