The role

Do you have experience in administrative management and are you interested in developing in a technical environment? We are looking for an organized, resourceful person with document management skills to join the Purchasing and Suppliers area, collaborating with different departments and participating in the monitoring of key administrative processes.

What you'll do

Functions:

Management of orders for materials and services.
Coordination and attention to suppliers.
Order and contract tracking.
Processing of expenses and investments.
Management of documentation for payments.
Administrative control of processes and documentation.
Management of certifications in SAP.
Monitoring and resolution of administrative incidents.
