The role

We need to bring on board an administrative assistant for services, HR sector, in Barcelona.
What you'll do
Functions:
- Telephone customer service
- Document management, support in managing workers' shift schedules, delivery of PPE, support for staff coverage gaps.
and various administrative duties.
How you'll work
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
