What you'll do

Comprehensive management of assigned centers:

Full payroll cycle (inclusion of variables, calculations, pre-closing reviews, review of IRPF regularizations, reconciliation of transfers and accounting, etc.).
Submission of social security filings and resolution of incidents arising from them.
Management of hiring.
Affiliation incidents via CASIA.
Communication via Contrat@ and Certific@.
Handling of collective agreements applicable to the assigned centers.
Preparation of reports relating to the assigned centers.
Liaison with middle management of the assigned centers.
Resolution of employee inquiries.
Submission of Model 111 and 190.
Management of Social Security debt.

Requirements

Training in Labor Relations or similar.
Minimum of one year of experience performing the tasks described.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite.
Essential: Experience in handling SAP HR.
