The role

Are you ready to take the next step in your professional career as an administrative assistant? Do you want to be part of a dynamic and growing team? From our Bilbao office, we are looking for an administrative assistant for an industrial company located in the Boroa industrial estate.

What you'll do

Support in the preparation of the MRP file for the generation of the daily production planning
Creation of manufacturing orders (MO), data entry in ERP, and document management in the production plant
Monitoring of subcontracting purchase orders (PO) and maintenance
Support in the day-to-day reception: visits, contractors, messengers.
