From our office in Molins de Rei, we need to recruit a Sales Administrator to work part-time for a client company located in Cerdanyola del Vallès.

What you'll do

  • Order management: Enter and process customer orders and quotes into the system (Navision / Dynamics).
  • Customer service: Provide information on purchase status, resolve shipping inquiries, and manage potential incidents or returns.
  • Coordination with warehouse: Check available stock, prepare shipping documentation, and issue delivery notes.
  • Data maintenance: Update customer information (addresses, contact details, rates) in the system.
  • Support to sales representatives: Prepare daily documentation and provide administrative support to the sales team to streamline their work.
