What you'll get
? Location: Montcada i Reixac
? Direct contract with the company
? Annual gross salary: €23,000
? Stable schedule (with intensive Fridays):
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Friday (intensive day): 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The role
From Personal 7 we are looking to incorporate an administrative assistant with experience in telephone sales for an important food sector company located in Montcada i Reixac.
We are looking for a dynamic profile, with experience in telephone sales (active client portfolio), accustomed to working with targets and with the ability to combine commercial management and administrative support tasks.
What you'll do
- Active customer service by phone.
- Telephone sales of new products.
- Retention of active customers.
- Management of documentation, orders, and data updates.
- Order tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (telemarketing, telephone sales, customer service).
- Demonstrated skill in making calls.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasion.
- Good commercial aptitude.
- Languages: native Catalan and Spanish.
- Own vehicle
