  • Intermediate/Higher degree in Laboratory and/or similar or Quality.
  • Availability to work in rotating morning or afternoon shifts and one Saturday every three weeks.
  • Very valuable experience in the food sector.
  • Knowledge of AXAPTA, HACCP, ISO...
  • Driving license B.
  • Possession of a valid forklift license will be valued.
  • Transversal competencies such as communication, teamwork, customer orientation, proactivity...

From our Palencia office, we are selecting a laboratory analyst for this important food industry.

What you'll do

Your FUNCTIONS will be, among others:

  • Execute the analytical plan established in internal and external laboratories.
  • Performing assays, intercalibration circuits, samples, and laboratory tests, and subsequently producing their results report.
  • Perform organoleptic control of water and data recording.
  • Participate in communication with customers regarding quality, food safety, and incidents.
  • Keep the product sample library updated.
  • Apply safety and hygiene standards in the handling of food products.

How you'll work

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, in rotating morning shifts (6:00 to 14:00) or afternoon shifts (13:00 to 21:00), and one Saturday every 3 weeks will be worked.
