The role

At IMAN Corporación, we are looking to hire a Service Assistant to work at GRAN VIEW APARTAMENT, located in Madrid Center.

If you enjoy interacting with people and are looking for a job opportunity in a tourist environment, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

  • Management of guest arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out).
  • Performing basic administrative tasks, such as preparing welcome packs and reviewing check-outs scheduled for the following day.
  • Performing rounds throughout the building.
  • Access control to the facilities.
  • Assistance and guidance for guests during their stay.

Requirements

  • Basic level of English, sufficient to communicate with guests.
  • Basic IT knowledge: internet and Word usage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
