What we're looking for

Essential:

Ability to perform physical work and willingness to learn a trade.

Valuable:

At least six months of experience in companies within the recycling sector.

Live near Seseña or in the surrounding area.

Hold a valid forklift license.

Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month.

The role

Job description

From IMAN Temporing, a company specialized in HR, we want to accompany you in your professional career.

From our Getafe office, we are selecting metal recycling plant operators for a facility located in Seseña, with access by public transport.

What will your duties be?

Receiving, classifying, and separating metal materials.

Feeding and handling machinery and equipment at the recycling plant.

Sorting and preparing metals for subsequent treatment and recovery.

Loading and unloading materials, using auxiliary equipment when necessary.

Handling, moving, and storing metal waste.

Visual inspection of materials and removal of unsuitable items.

Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation and work areas.

Compliance with safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental regulations.

Support in the different production and plant operation tasks.

Teamwork to ensure the proper flow and processing of materials.

What do we offer?

- Job stability. Start with a one-month contract through a staffing agency, followed by direct hire with the company. (100% permanent)
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability to work one Saturday per month for four hours.
- Salary range: €10.05 gross/hour.
