Junior International Purchasing Technician

Education:

- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in International Trade, Administration and Finance, Logistics, or similar.

- University degree in Business Administration (ADE), International Trade, or related areas is valued.

Experience:

- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in purchasing, administration, logistics, or international trade.

- Experience in industrial environments or import/export companies will be valued.

Languages:

- English minimum level B2.

- Ability to communicate via email and telephone with international suppliers.

Technical Knowledge:

- Purchase order management.

- Import and export processes.

- Customs documentary management.

- DUAs.

- Incoterms (valued).

- Microsoft Excel advanced user level.

- Experience with ERP A3 or similar management systems.

Job mission:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Department, ensuring correct order management, monitoring of national and international supplies, documentary coordination with customs, and resolution of incidents with suppliers, guaranteeing compliance with established deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

- Sending orders to national and international suppliers.

- Continuous monitoring of order status and delivery dates.

- Coordination with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions.

- Management and monitoring of incidents related to orders, deliveries, documentation, or transport.

- Preparation and sending of the documentation required for import and customs processes.

- Coordination with customs agents, freight forwarders, and logistics operators.

- Review and control of import and export documentation.

- Administrative management of DUAs and customs documentation.

- Updating and maintenance of records in A3.

- Collaboration with the Sales, Logistics, and Administration departments to guarantee the correct flow of information.

- Preparation of reports and order monitoring reports.

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30, and Fridays from 08:30 to 16:00.
