- Own the technical execution of assigned pre-clinical and clinical studies from preparation through close-out.
- Develop study-specific deployment plans, equipment strategies, and technical readiness activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks affecting study execution, data quality, or system performance.
- Ensure all study equipment, software, and supporting systems are available, calibrated, and compliant with applicable requirements.
System Deployment & Technical Support
- Deploy, configure, and validate implantable-device systems and associated telemetry, stimulation, recording, and data-acquisition platforms.
- Perform system verification and functional testing prior to study activities.
- Monitor system performance during study execution and troubleshoot technical issues affecting device operation, connectivity, or data integrity.
- Coordinate escalation of complex technical issues to appropriate internal or external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & User Support
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned study sites and external partners.
- Deliver training and technical guidance to clinicians, researchers, technicians, and study personnel.
- Support users throughout study execution and promote adherence to approved procedures and technical standards.
