6+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth technological environments (startups / scaleups / healthtech / consumer apps / AI products).
Solid understanding of product lifecycle, MVPs, A/B testing, OKRs, UX research, and data-driven product.
Ability to work with technical teams (frontend, backend, data, AI).
Previous experience in multidisciplinary environments (tech + design + business).

Soft skills and cultural fit

Product Manager – HealthTech / Social Impact

You will be part of a technical team of 20 engineers, 3 Product Owners, and 2 Product Designers that is building the future of HealthTech in Europe.

2️⃣ Job Mission

Your mission will be to lead one of the major product pillars, driving high-impact initiatives within one of the company's 4 strategic areas:

1. Healthy habits → Developing a "Duolingo for healthy habits" (nutrition, cognition, exercise, sleep, socialization) to prevent cognitive decline.

2. Pathology prevention → Using sensing and AI to anticipate falls and connect the home with the healthcare and social systems.

3. Advanced home care → Redefining home assistance, creating experiences that go beyond traditional care.

4. Senior marketplace → Building a platform of services and products that makes life more affordable and connected for older adults.

You will work directly with the CPTO, in an agile, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

Your focus will be on defining, prioritizing, and executing product strategies that bring tangible value to the end user.
