Campervan Maintenance Technician

• More than one year of practical experience in repairs, installations, or maintenance: motorhomes, caravans, boats, appliances, carpentry, bodywork, or similar. We care about what you know how to fix, not in which sector you have done it.
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: interior installations, appliance or system repair, or exterior repairs; and a willingness to learn the others.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools;
• Ability to work following a repair list and adapt your workday as jobs arise.
• Proficiency in Spanish and working English.
• Be authorized to work in Spain, have a valid driver's license (category B), and feel confident enough to drive a motorhome.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including the possibility of working abroad for specific periods depending on the project.
• Availability on weekends and during peak periods; ability to stand in a warehouse for long periods of time, both indoors and outdoors, and lift between 10 and 15 kg.

We are looking for qualified and passionate people who stand out for their skill and practical work to join our team. As an RFA (motorhome maintenance technician), you will be part of our Malaga maintenance team; your main responsibility will be to ensure that our motorhomes are always well-maintained and in the best possible condition.

Depending on the operations center, you will also participate in rental operations. This role is fundamental to keeping our fleet ready to drive, allowing our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. • Perform systematic vehicle inspections and diagnose problems in interior systems, appliances, and exterior systems.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for camper vans and motorhomes, including: replacement of minor exterior parts (light bulbs, windows, side mirrors); replacement of spare parts and camper van repairs; troubleshooting and repairs of camper van appliances.
• Diagnose the cause of a fault before replacing parts and decide—and communicate clearly—when a vehicle is truly ready to be rented.
• Manage your repair list from start to finish, adjusting it as urgent jobs arise without losing sight of what had already been scheduled.
• Always keep all vehicle records, repair notes, and parts consumption up to date in the fleet management system.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the workshop clean and organized.
• Keep the spare parts inventory organized: perform inventories and manage the receipt and consumption of spares.
• Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in the storage areas, and record the consumption of items and new orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, and coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external providers and regional teams.

Depending on the location, you will also actively participate in daily warehouse operations:

• Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
• Assist in managing received bookings, welcoming guests, and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Keep equipment, accessories, and consumables stored in the warehouse in good condition
