Infrastructure & Support Engineer (Mid)

At Libelium, we are looking for an Infrastructure & Support Engineer with 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for supporting the construction and evolution of our cloud and on-premise infrastructure (AWS, OVH, and local servers), with a focus on containers and Kubernetes. This role combines infrastructure work with internal technical support, networking knowledge, and the use of no-code automation to improve processes both within our own area and across other departments. You will be in constant contact with the entire company (support), with Product, and with Consulting (infrastructure requests, expirations, cost reviews) - so communication matters just as much as the technical side. It is a position designed for growth: we are looking for someone with a solid foundation and a strong desire to progressively take on more technical responsibility.

You will be part of the Digital & Data area, the technological engine of the company: infrastructure, automation, data, and AI in service of the business. We work with a philosophy of continuous improvement and rapid iteration, and we are looking for someone eager to contribute a modern vision of infrastructure within a small team with direct impact.

This is not an AI development or data science profile - there is no need to know how to train models or program analytical pipelines. We are looking for someone who knows how to use AI and no-code tools as another lever of efficiency, just as they already use scripts or IaC.

• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) and on-premise servers, including environments with Kubernetes and AI machines for internal tool consumption.

• Deploy and maintain internal corporate tools.

• Provide technical support internally through our ticketing system (users, devices, access, incidents) across the entire company.

• Be the point of contact for Product and Consulting regarding infrastructure requests, project expiration management, and cost reviews - proposing improvements in how we communicate and collaborate with these areas.

• Automate infrastructure tasks: Infrastructure as Code, scripting, CI/CD.

• Apply networking knowledge (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) to contribute to the maintenance of the corporate network infrastructure, alongside the Security & Compliance manager.

• Contribute to cost optimization, labeling, and access control management for the infrastructure.

• Manage software licenses (SaaS and installed software): renewals, usage control, and cost optimization.

• Use no-code/low-code tools to automate tasks within our own area and others when they provide efficiency gains.

• Proactively propose technical improvements and help modernize our infrastructure practices.

• Person with 3-4 years of experience in infrastructure roles, systems, DevOps, or advanced technical support.

• Knowledge of cloud environments and products (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) and on-premise servers - we are not looking for a cloud-only profile.

• Practical experience with the AWS, OVH, and Google Cloud consoles - mastery of all three is not required, but hands-on experience with more than one and comfort working across different providers is.

• Experience with Kubernetes (deployment, basic troubleshooting, container orchestration concepts).

• Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) - CCNA level or equivalent experience.

• Scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.

• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) - valued.

• Experience providing technical support to internal users (tickets, incidents).

• Practical knowledge of AI and no-code automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar) - we are not looking for someone to develop AI models, but rather someone who knows how to use these tools to automate processes, both within our own area and others.

• Experience managing software licenses (SaaS and installed software): renewals, usage control, and cost optimization.

• Strong communication skills: this role regularly interacts with both technical and non-technical teams, not just infrastructure profiles.

• Proactive attitude: you are uncomfortable leaving a manual process unautomated when it could be automated, and you don't wait to be told what to improve, whether in infrastructure, costs, or how we coordinate with other areas.

• Desire to learn and grow technically - this role offers clear career progression within the team.

• Certifications: CCNA (networking), AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Associate/Professional, CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix) and observability tools.

• Previous experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise simultaneously).

• Experience with managed AI services on Google Cloud, AWS, or OVH.

• Previous experience automating processes with no-code tools (N8N, Make, Zapier, AppSheet...).

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar (not exclusive if there is equivalent experience).

En Libelium, buscamos un/a Infrastructure &Support Engineer con 3-4 años de experiencia laboral en un puesto similar.

Te encargarás de dar soporte a la construcción y evolución de nuestra infraestructura cloud y on-premise (AWS, OVH y servidores locales), con una mirada puesta en contenedores y Kubernetes, combinando esta labor con el soporte técnico interno, conocimientos de networking y el uso de automatización no-code para mejorar procesos propios y de otras áreas. Vas a estar en contacto constante con toda la empresa (soporte), con Producto y con Consultoría (solicitudes de infraestructura, caducidades, revisión de costes) - así que la comunicación importa tanto como la parte técnica. Es un puesto pensado para crecer: buscamos a alguien con base sólida y muchas ganas de asumir progresivamente más responsabilidad técnica.

No es un perfil de desarrollo de IA ni de ciencia de datos - no hace falta saber entrenar modelos ni programar pipelines analíticos. Buscamos a alguien que sepa usar la IA y las herramientas no-code como una palanca más de eficiencia, igual que ya usa scripts o IaC.

• Desplegar y mantener infraestructura cloud (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) y servidores on-premise, incluyendo entornos con Kubernetes y máquinas de IA para consumo de herramientas internas.

• Desplegar y mantener herramientas corporativas internas.

• Dar soporte técnico interno a través de nuestro sistema de tickets (usuarios, dispositivos, accesos, incidencias) a toda la empresa.

• Ser el punto de contacto de Producto y Consultoría para solicitudes de infraestructura, gestión de caducidades de proyectos y revisión de costes - proponiendo mejoras en cómo nos comunicamos y en los procesos con estas áreas.

• Automatizar tareas de infraestructura: Infrastructure as Code, scripting, CI/CD.

• Aplicar conocimientos de de networking (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) para contribuir al mantenimiento de la infraestructura de red corporativa, junto con el responsable de Security & Compliance.

• Contribuir a la gestión y optimización de costes, etiquetado y control de accesos de la infraestructura.

• Gestionar licencias de software (SaaS y software instalado): renovaciones, control de uso y optimización de costes.

• Usar herramientas no-code/low-code para automatizar tareas propias y de otras áreas cuando aporten eficiencia.

• Proponer mejoras técnicas de forma proactiva y ayudar a modernizar nuestras prácticas de infraestructura.

• Persona con 3-4 años de experiencia en roles de infraestructura, sistemas, DevOps o soporte técnico avanzado.

• Conocimientos de entornos y productos cloud (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) y de servidores on-premise - no buscamos un perfil only-cloud.

• Experiencia práctica con las consolas de AWS, OVH y Google Cloud - no hace falta dominar los tres a fondo, pero sí haber trabajado con más de uno y sentirte cómodo moviéndote entre proveedores.

• Experiencia con Kubernetes (despliegue, troubleshooting básico, conceptos de orquestación de contenedores).

• Conocimientos sólidos de networking (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) - nivel CCNA o equivalente por experiencia.

• Scripting (Bash, Python) para automatizar tareas repetitivas de infraestructura.

• Familiaridad con herramientas de IaC (Terraform, Ansible o similar) - valorable.

• Experiencia dando soporte técnico a usuarios internos (tickets, incidencias).

• Conocimiento práctico de IA y herramientas de automatización no-code (N8N, Zapier, Make o similares) - no buscamos a alguien que desarrolle modelos de IA, sino que sepa usar estas herramientas para automatizar procesos, propios o de otras áreas.

• Experiencia gestionando licencias de software (SaaS y software instalado): renovaciones, control de uso y optimización de costes.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación: este rol trata tanto con equipos técnicos como no técnicos de forma habitual, no solo con perfiles de infraestructura.

• Actitud proactiva: te incomoda dejar un proceso manual si se puede automatizar, y no esperas a que te digan qué mejorar, ni en infraestructura ni en costes ni en cómo os coordináis con otras áreas.

• Ganas de aprender y crecer técnicamente - este rol tiene recorrido claro dentro del equipo.

• Certificaciones: CCNA (redes), AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Associate/Professional, CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes).

• Experiencia con monitorización (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix) y herramientas de observabilidad.

• Experiencia previa en entornos híbridos (cloud + on-premise a la vez).

• Experiencia con servicios de IA gestionada en Google Cloud, AWS o OVH.

• Experiencia previa automatizando procesos con herramientas no-code (N8N, Make, Zapier, AppSheet...).

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar (no excluyente si hay experiencia equivalente).
