• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in managing complex projects within technological or Defense environments.
• Advanced experience in managing scope, costs, planning, milestones, and project monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge in identifying and managing technical risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and tools for project economic management, invoicing, and milestone-based ordering.
• High level of English to work in international environments and with global clients.

We want to recruit a Project Leader with experience in comprehensive management of technological projects and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to join Defense projects, ensuring compliance with scope, costs, deadlines, milestones, and risks in national and international environments.

• Manage the scope, budget, planning, and achievement of project objectives.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables, ensuring progress according to established plans.
• Identify, analyze, and manage technical risks, defining mitigation and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate technical teams from different areas of specialization involved in the projects.
• Maintain fluid communication with national and international clients, acting as the primary interlocutor.
• Provide technical and management support in monitoring meetings, project reviews, and control committees.
