What we're looking for

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality and supplier development within industrial sectors such as Defense, Aerospace, Automotive, or equivalent environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in supplier audits, continuous improvement, and quality tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and PPAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality management systems under ISO 9001.
  • High level of English to collaborate with international suppliers and teams.
  • High capacity for leadership, influence, data analysis, and effective communication.

💻 Join our team for national and international projects!

We want to hire an SQD - Supplier Quality Development professional with experience in supplier development and quality to drive the continuous improvement of our supply chain in high-tech industrial environments. Their mission will be to ensure that suppliers meet the quality, cost, and deadline standards required by the organization, contributing to a robust, competitive supply base aligned with the purchasing strategy.

What you'll do

  • Participate in Category Teams, providing quality vision, industrial capacity, and risk management to the purchasing strategy.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance KPIs, analyzing indicators such as PPM, claims, audits, and the closure of 8D corrective actions.
  • Lead supplier improvement programs (SQIP - Supplier Quality Improvement Programs), driving action plans oriented toward operational excellence.
  • Perform audits of new suppliers and follow up on the annual audit program, guaranteeing compliance with quality requirements.
  • Support the approval and onboarding process of new suppliers, facilitating their integration and development.
  • Promote the continuous improvement of processes and products through the application of quality methodologies, data analysis, and structured problem-solving.
