Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an SAP consultant, specialist in the financial area (FI, CO, TR, AM,...).
Essential knowledge in Organizational Structure, Personnel Administration, Spanish Payroll.
Advanced knowledge of English.

Nice to have

Desirable knowledge in Public Sector Payroll, ABAP programming knowledge, Debugging.
SAP certifications are desirable.

The role

With the goal of developing a competency center in the Energy&Utilities market and supporting international growth, we are looking in Spain for professionals with proven experience in the world of Consulting SAP HR.

What you'll do

Business requirements analysis: Collect and understand the needs of the Human Resources department and translate them into solutions within SAP.
System configuration: Parameterize SAP HCM modules according to company policies and processes.
Project implementation: Participate in or lead SAP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects, defining schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Process improvement and maintenance: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes through SAP functionalities.
Functional support: Resolve complex incidents, analyze errors, and propose permanent solutions.
Integration with other modules: Coordinate the integration of SAP HCM with modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), or other external systems.
Testing and validation: Design and execute functional tests (unit, integrated, and acceptance) to guarantee the correct functioning of the solutions.
Training and documentation: Prepare functional documentation and train key users and support teams.
Client advisory: Recommend best practices, evaluate new functionalities, and participate in the planning of the system's evolution.
Leadership and mentoring: Guide junior or less experienced consultants, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.
