What we're looking for
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the world of systems and database administration.
- Training related to IT, Systems, Telecommunications, or similar.
- With 2 years of experience as a Systems Operator.
- Interest in databases, monitoring, and the operation of critical environments.
- Ability to work in a team and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
- Required Qualification: HIGHER DEGREE.

What you'll do
- Reception, analysis, registration, and monitoring of incidents.
- Resolution of level 2 support incidents and known incidents.
- Diagnosis, escalation, and monitoring via the BMC-ITSM tool.
- Communication and coordination with the areas involved in incident management.
- Identification of improvements and automations to reduce recurring incidents.
- Documentation of actions performed and knowledge of the service's critical infrastructures.

100% on-site work model
