At Infraspeak, everyone is equal, unique, and valued. We believe diversity makes us stronger - shaping our culture, our business, and the world around us for the better - and we're committed to ethical talent acquisition, grounded in respect, fairness, and equal opportunity.

Our code of conduct is clear: discrimination has no place here - whether based on age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, civil or parental status, political views, or any other basis protected by law.

"To be a source of a good life" isn't just a statement - it's our mission, and everyone is welcome to join us on that journey.

The role

Welcome to Infraspeak.

Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system - enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.

We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets - with no silos, blind spots or overload.

Born in Porto, Portugal, we're now a global company serving customers in 45+ countries and backed by top investors. But we're just getting started.

  • We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.

  • We believe that only great teams build great products - and that includes our customers.

  • We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.

Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life - for our customers, our team, and the broader community.

What you'll do

Solution Design: Lead discovery workshops with the customer's operations, maintenance, and IT leads, and translate complex, multi-site operations into a configuration that scales.

Technical Configuration: Configure asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, SLAs, workflows and permissions for large, multi-site and multi-country portfolios.

Data Migration: Own the technical side of migrating data from legacy systems, from mapping and cleansing rules to validation and load, and hold the customer to the quality of what they hand over.

Integrations: Work with our Integrations team and the customer's IT to specify, test and validate integrations with ERPs and other enterprise systems.

Training & Rollout: Train users from administrators to field technicians, and plan phased rollouts across sites and regions.

Pushback & Trade-offs: Challenge requirements that don't scale, propose standard alternatives to customisation, and explain the trade-off to senior customer stakeholders with confidence.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation, and escalate to Product and Engineering with clear evidence when needed.

Partnership with Delivery: Work alongside the Delivery Manager, keeping them informed of technical risks, effort and dependencies so that scope and timeline decisions are made early.

Documentation: Produce configuration documentation that the customer and our Support team can rely on after go-live.

Product Feedback: Channel structured feedback from enterprise customers to Product and Engineering.

What are we building

We seek a senior, technically minded specialist to own the technical onboarding of our enterprise customers in the EMEA region. This is not an entry-level implementation role. You will join rollouts that span multi-site, often multi-country portfolios, with years of legacy data to migrate and an operations director who expects you to have the answer.

We want you if you have already fought these battles and know how to hold your ground with a demanding customer. We will train you on our product and our processes. We will not have time to teach you how to lead a workshop with senior stakeholders, push back on a requirement that won't scale, or carry a go-live under pressure. You will be the customer's technical authority, working alongside the Delivery Manager who owns governance and scope.

Who are we looking for?

Location: Based in or near Barcelona, Spain, and available to travel to customer sites.

Technical Background: An engineering background (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or substantial hands-on experience in facilities or maintenance management.

Enterprise Implementation Experience: A proven track record in customer-facing B2B SaaS implementation roles, including large, multi-site enterprise rollouts delivered end to end.

Seniority & Composure: At ease leading workshops with operations directors and IT leads, and steady when a go-live is under pressure.

Courage: Willing to say no to a customer, defend a design decision and raise a problem on the day you see it.

Data Migration: Hands-on experience migrating and cleansing large datasets from legacy systems.

Software Proficiency: Experience with CMMS, EAM or field-service platforms is a significant plus, as is familiarity with APIs and integrations.

Autonomy: Able to run your workstream independently within weeks. We will train you on product and processes, not on how to operate at this level.

Communicator & Educator: Able to explain complex configuration to anyone, from a field technician to a C-level sponsor.

AI-Savvy: Skilled in using AI tools to streamline daily operations and enhance performance.
