Automation Engineer – Guidewire Testing

• Senior Experience: More than 8 years of track record in test automation and QA environments.

• Guidewire Specialization: Solid experience validating Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter.

• Tool Mastery: Ability to develop and maintain automation suites using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks.

• Global Languages: Advanced English level (C1) and fluent German proficiency (both mandatory for daily client interaction).

In this role, you will be the guardian of the quality and efficiency of our insurance core solutions:

• Design, develop and maintain advanced automation frameworks for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter applications.

• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, API and end-to-end testing.

• Collaborate strategically with business analysts, developers, product owners and German-speaking stakeholders to understand requirements and define high-level testing strategies.

• Thoroughly validate configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows and business processes within the Guidewire ecosystem.

• Analyze results, identify defects and perform root cause analysis working side by side with development teams for agile resolution.

• Monthly compliance with Project efficiency goals.

• Effective alignment and execution of the established strategic plan.
