Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 5 years of experience in digital banking projects, with at least 2 to 3 years of specialized functional dedication in Temenos Digital.
Solid knowledge of standard Temenos journeys: authentication, onboarding, account management, transfers, payments, and cards.
Proven experience in Spotlight for back-office administration and Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) for digital onboarding.
Technical understanding of the Temenos Digital architecture and its extensibility model in Quantum Visualizer and Fabric.
Advanced level of English (C1) and fluent Spanish, with excellent functional communication and technical interlocution skills.

Nice to have

You hold an official TLC (Temenos Learning Community) Digital certification.
You bring experience with Journey Maestro and in integration with Temenos Transact via Experience APIs.
You have a track record in the Spanish banking sector and know the applicable regulations (PSD2/SCA).
You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and growing together with the team.

The role

We are looking for a Temenos Digital Expert to join as a functional lead in a large-scale project for a top-tier banking entity, ensuring excellence and the correct adoption of standard Temenos Digital capabilities.

What you'll do

Act as a functional lead in standard Temenos Digital capabilities (Online and Mobile Banking, Onboarding, Spotlight), evaluating the standard product against customizations.
Gather and document business requirements, leading fit/gap analysis on the bank's digital flows.
Supervise the scope, planning, and deliverables of initiatives, managing risks and dependencies with technical rigor.
Review solution designs to guarantee alignment with Temenos Digital architecture and extensibility guidelines (Quantum Visualizer, Fabric, and micro apps).
Validate functional deliverables and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the main customer flows.
