Have you studied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering, have you done (or are you doing) a Teaching Master's, and do you love teaching? But perhaps you wonder if a classroom is the only path. This role is another way to do education: instead of reaching 30 students, you help hundreds of Secondary teachers in Catalonia teach mathematics better.

You will join the team that accompanies Secondary schools. At first, you will learn alongside experienced trainers: you will observe training sessions, visit schools, and learn our proposal and the didactics behind it. Step by step, you will gain autonomy until you are accompanying your own schools.

You will also follow up with these schools. This is not a commercial job: the focus is that each school implements Innovamat well and that every teacher feels supported.

• Prepare and facilitate training sessions for Secondary teachers, initially alongside a senior colleague.

• Visit schools and observe classes to understand how the proposal is implemented in the classroom.

• Resolve didactic and practical doubts from teachers, both in person and online.

• Follow up with the schools assigned to you, with a formative perspective.

• Bring the teachers' voice to the team: what works and what we can improve.
