What we're looking for
- Education and Experience:
- Higher Technical Training, Engineering Degree, or equivalent qualification.

Job Offer: Photovoltaic Design Engineer - Self-consumption
At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Photovoltaic Design Engineer to join industrial and commercial self-consumption projects. The selected person will be responsible for the technical design of photovoltaic installations, from the conceptual phase to the development of detailed engineering, ensuring efficient, competitive solutions that comply with applicable regulations.
What you'll do
- Develop the detailed engineering of self-consumption photovoltaic plants installed on ground and roof.
- Define the photovoltaic configuration, electrical design criteria, and the technical solutions of the project.
- Perform electrical and mechanical calculations, including sizing, grounding, and verification of the main design parameters.
- Prepare layouts and technical drawings of the photovoltaic installations.
- Select and specify the main equipment, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, and structures.
- Prepare technical specifications for transformation centers and evacuation lines.
- Develop and process the technical documentation necessary to obtain construction and electrical energy production permits.
- Technically defend the adopted solutions before clients, collaborators, and involved organizations.
- Optimize designs to improve CAPEX and the economic viability of the projects.
- Prepare measurements, estimates, and documentation associated with the installations.
- Prepare schedules and monitor technical milestones.
- Manage and control deliverables, ensuring their correct issuance, review, and documentary traceability.
- Develop calculation procedures for the Performance Ratio (PR) and production guarantees.
