The role

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Construction Manager (MEP) to join a major industrial construction project. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, ensuring compliance with the planning, budget, quality, and technical standards established for the project.

We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in industrial works management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and integral project control, capable of leading the execution of installations and maintaining fluid communication with all involved parties.

What you'll do

  • Actively participate in the bidding processes for the different work packages related to the project's installations.
  • Analyze and prepare detailed schedules, planning resources and optimizing the execution of each phase of the project.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Control project costs and ensure compliance with the assigned budget.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, construction, and purchasing departments to ensure the correct integration of planning.
  • Evaluate the impact of scope changes, deadlines, or resources, proposing solutions that minimize project deviations.
  • Supervise the progress of the works and prepare periodic reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and established quality standards.
  • Resolve technical incidents and coordinate the implementation of solutions during the execution of the works.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, execution quality, and the correct coordination of all MEP packages.
