Job Offer: Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Generation

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Generation to join a major international project in the energy sector. The selected person will participate in the development of the electrical engineering for power generation projects, leading the technical development of the discipline and ensuring the quality of deliverables during all phases of the project.

We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in electrical engineering for power generation projects, the ability to technically coordinate the discipline, review engineering documentation, and provide support to both projects and bids as well as site activities.

What you'll do

  • Establish design criteria in accordance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Report to the discipline manager and collaborate in the planning and management of the workload.
  • Perform and review engineering calculations and technical studies of the discipline.
  • Prepare and review the technical documentation necessary for projects and bids.
  • Prepare and review Requisitions for Inquiry.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and engineering documentation.
  • Review and approve technical documentation from suppliers.
  • Provide technical support during the development of bids, proposals, and project execution.
  • Provide technical support on site when necessary.
  • Participate in inspections and testing activities associated with the project.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through the collection of lessons learned, implementation of best practices, and identification of training needs.
  • Train, guide, and mentor engineers with less experience.
