HSE Supervisor

• Education and Experience:
  • Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Risk Prevention, or equivalent degree.
  • Master's degree or specialized training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE positions.
  • Demonstrable experience in EPC projects and industrial construction environments.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of permits to work (PTW), JSA/JHA, and safe work procedures.
  • Experience in HSE inspections, incident investigation, and monitoring of corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of critical activities such as work at height, confined spaces, excavations, lifting operations, and hot work.
  • Experience in contractor coordination and supervision of compliance with HSE standards.
  • Availability to work on-site.
  • B driving license and own vehicle.

Job Offer: HSE Supervisor

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for an HSE Supervisor to join a major industrial EPC project. The selected person will be responsible for supervising compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards during the execution of the works, ensuring the application of current regulations and promoting a preventive culture in all project activities.

We are looking for a profile with experience in EPC projects, accustomed to working in industrial environments and coordinating contractors during the execution of works of high technical complexity.

• Supervise compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations during the execution of the works.
• Perform safety inspections and verify the correct application of preventive procedures.
• Control critical activities, such as work at height, confined spaces, excavations, lifting operations, and hot work.
• Review and supervise permits to work (PTW), JSA/JHA, and other preventive documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with the HSE requirements established in the project.
• Investigate incidents, analyze their causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and prepare inspection and monitoring reports.
• Provide technical advice to site teams regarding occupational risk prevention and safety.
• Promote a preventive culture and continuous improvement in HSE matters.
• Actively participate in daily site activities, performing direct actions as needed when project requirements demand it.
